Every night, Maya travels to Dreamtime, the one place she can still see her dad. These gentle bedtime stories help children understand missing someone and the love that stays.

The adventure that started it all. Maya discovers Dreamtime, the magical place where she can still be with her dad.

Tonight the moonbeam doesn't come. To bring it home, Maya will need to share a light of her own: the golden heart-light of everything she loves about her dad.

When her cousin Noa is afraid he'll forget his mother's face, Maya takes him across the Dream Bridge, with Ember, the keeper of small bright things, lighting the way.
A laugh-out-loud picture book
"I ordered a puppy. His name is Kevin."
Big is ready. Big has trained the belly, picked out the bed, the bowl and the sweater for cold days, and practiced the puppy voice. There is only one small problem.
A deadpan, giggle-every-page story for any big brother or big sister about to meet someone new. Puppy not included.
Every word lights up as the story is read aloud. Little readers can tap any word to hear it. Try the first read-along with I Ordered a Puppy.

"This is my tooth. Wiggly for 11 days."
Frankie's first tooth pops out and immediately makes a run for it, through the neighborhood, onto a dog named Buster and into an ice cream truck, all before the tooth fairy shows up.
Meet the author
I'm a Florida-raised author who loves books, nature and sunflowers, and I write stories for little hearts and the grown-ups who read with them. Some of my books are tender and help children make sense of missing someone. Others are just plain silly. All of them are made to be read out loud, together.
Paper and Puffs Press is home for everything my imagination comes up with: picture books, read-alongs, journals, coloring pages and whatever comes next. Big hair, bigger imagination.
